In the paper above, I reflect on where I started as an educator. I began as a substitute teacher, and even though it has only been a couple short years, it seems like a lifetime ago! Some great information at National University, some good research of the experts in the field, and some truly meaningful coaching all planted seeds of knowledge which I can see have helped me grow into a passionate and enthusiastic educator. I'm excited to grow from here!
