Where I'm Headed
In this PDQP, I will outline my plan to develop as a professional during the next 5 years.
This plan outlines an ongoing process for development within the field of education, specifically for an elementary teacher in a Multiple Subject teaching environment.
This plan is specifically tailored toward my personal goals and passions as an educator. Each step within the 5-year project plan culminates in a certificate of completion or achievement. Most steps include training which can be brought back to school/district settings and shared within a professional learning community.
